What's this all about?

I'm a guy with way too many interests and way too much time on my hands. A while back I realized that I spend a lot of my time just telling people I know about the various media I consume, so I just figured what the hell, let's just lay it all out. On here, you'll see my reviews of video games, films, books, tv shows, and more, but I've also decided to upload my hobbies here as well because why not?

Snapping Line Tavern

Last week, as the party scoured Saltmarsh in search of Gellan Primewater's murderer, their leads lead them to the Snapping Line Tavern, where they were accosted by Jerrell Moonscar, a filthy Gully Dwarf, along with his cronies. A short and harsh conversation later, a fight roke out, and the party successfully captured a handful of the rogues along with Moonscar. In the middle of the fight however, spurred on by inflamed passions, jealousy, and believing Dana to be courting Anders, Lamashtu attacked the late Gellan's niece, and the two haven't been on speaking terms since, though Lamashtu found out soon that the two were not, in fact, dating. Gotta love drama.

This was the first time I tried making a tavern in this program, and in my opinion it's on the small side, and I could easily make it about a third larger without it seeming out of the ordinary. At the moment to me it seems closer to a deli in terms of size, and the fact that I didn't fit more nautical paraphernalia (the tavern itself is built out of several shipwrecks with matching decor) still bothers me a week later. At least I got good experience with the terrain brushes, and I really like the paths and surrounding buildings. Definitely shows an era before central planning, lots of room for improvement though.
